Kebab Nights
Short Talk: I want to watch Slumdog Millionaire for the THIRD time, anyone?
Kebab has been one our favourites at our dinner table at home. To be more specific, dinner in front of the telly.
I bought some Mango and Chilli flavour kebabs from Leonard’s. It was absolutely fantastic! I always like the chicken from Leonard’s - very well marinated. And sometimes I can’t help but wonder, how long have the kebabs been sitting there? Ha!

My favourite Leonard’s gotta be the one at Bullcreek. I used to work there, and I still make my way all the way back to buy my supplies. Mainly because they are very good at doing chickens** and I want to visit Wendy.
** sound politically incorrect
How I and Wendy met?
Shamelessly admiting i must say - Leonard’s always cooks up some food and allows people in the shopping complex to sample them. Me and Laine, my parter-in-crime a.k.a friend would use any excuse to go out and scavenge for free food.
Laine usually just knicked a few, and walked off; I on the other hand, love to have a chat with Wendy and eat her food away as we talk. [skillz man, skillz]

I’ve tried EVERY flavours they offer and they are bloody awesome!
The other night, I made my satay flavour chicken kebabs. They are meant to be very ‘Malaysian’ - thigh meat, fatty skin.
But neither of us like thigh meat much, so I ended up using breast meat and marinated with tumeric powder, salt, sugar and honey was added at the end of grilling process.

I only marinated the chicken for one night - the taste was good. Oh well, at least I made Kian to say so for one of the many times. what the?
p/s: My foodie pride is playing up and I want to try Kopi Luwak, anyone?
*drools at the satay*
Day-Dreamer: don’t mention. I’m hungry too!
