Rye Thin Bread Wrap

I found some rye bread thin bread rwaps in my local grocery. I was absolutely thrilled!
They sell loads of thin wrap, but they are mainly white bread.  I’m a rye or wholemeal bread person.

Get creative with your ingredients in rye bread wrap.
One day I had raw salmon and salad sprouts. It was great!

Another day, I had tuna and salad sprouts from the leftover.
And the other day, I wrap it up with leftover chicken with plenty of salad.

You may wish to use other ingredients like boiled eggs , tuna, ham, chicken strips, beetroot, avacado, pickle … …

I’m trying to clear off my foodie pantry at the moment. If you own a big and fully stocked pantry, you know how it looks like. ;) [insert guilt]

I had to cook up a storm in order to use up all the close to expiry ingriedients and eat my own karma.
Grocery shopping is always great fun, what can I say? Marvelous! >.<

Looks yum although the max I’d go is smoked, not raw salmon. Haha.

cooknengr: I’ve seen that! It is gross!! How you manage even just to taste it?? Hat off for you, Ed!

Day-dreamer: Im not very big fan of smoked salmon. I found it abit salty. See, in this case, I dont even add any salt or pepper. lol
