One Super Heavy Dinner
and I likey!
I don’t usually do this. But because Kian didn’t come home till 8ish, and I had to go for a swim, we both ended up have late supper.
Ever since we visited the Silk Road, I really enjoy the way they arrange the dishes in a big round plate.
I decided to mix match everything in order to strive the balance between the carb, protein, fibre, vitamins, mineral, energy, fat (i know), white, green, bright colours etc.
Very full on.

I decided to use the abit of left over coconut cream to make ‘nasi lemak’. It was ‘yummie’ to the max!

Fibre and colour wise, I have both fresh and preserve vegetables.
Cucumer went well with this combination. I also used some ‘acah’ to add abit of flavour.
By the way, cashew nut is not really a vege, issit?

I also fry up abit of chicken. Kian is a big BIG fan of fried chicken. Anything down to the boiling oil tastes good — that’s what my skinny boyfriend tell me all the time.

I, on the other hand, tryin’ to avoid deep fried food ‘cos I tend to get indigestion, sometimes. When I have this discomfort, I start imagine:uh! the fat is blocking my arteries…uh! when Im going to have the pain in the right arm. Sign of heart attack? etc etc. Gah. I’m a geek!

I added a boil egg last minute to bring out the sunshine colour of the plate. I didn’t think I finish them all. I was too fulled by the end. The left over went down to my lunch box instead.

So yeah.. it was an awesome dinner. Try that for once in awhile.
Enjoy your weekend. speak soon. xoxo
Truly awesome… That nasi lemak looks so good! And I agree with Kian.. Fry Fry!!
I also consume proteins and plant fibres through my head cavity, human. It is what you humans call delicious. In particular the matter grown in your primative soil and having the compound H2O poured on it to enlarge it. Then, having it prepared through burning on primative heating devices or in the death machine that emits microwaves. Yum yum!
The deep frying of animal matter confuses us though. Are you humans not somehow related to these other creatures?
And why do you only have two tentacles instead of ten like normal aliens?
Transmission ended!
[What can I say, I decided to be one of those aliens from the Simpsons tonight]
looks great, I must try to make nasi lemak some day.
*gasps*
I want. Got summore?
