Very Mediterranean

I was feeling healthy the other day.
I wanted something pretty much, a grease-free lunch for a sunny day. Grease, as in fat-free. Not the “four stars”, those oil you use in your car ;)

 

 

Here you go:
Turkish bread
salmon
lettuce
(load of) olive

This is a good idea for heavy lunch or light dinner. To enhace the tasty-ness, I highly recommend you to toast it before you digest them. Yeah, I was trying ‘cold turkey’.. I mean, having my bread roll without heating it up. But, the weather has been crazy! Strictly speaking, we are supposingly in the middle of Spring, heck! It has been cold!! Climate change eh? what a beeyoch. =.=”’
