The local Woolies is promoting Winter vege at the mo, so the mediterrian style diet like a big thing here. winn: i enjoy maggie mee once in awhile especially winter. I try to eat more green if possible. Dab: some of the receipes aint quite my type of flavor. But I will look into it, again. ;) Ha! I endlessly buying eggplants thesedays for god-knows what reason. Eggplant has a habit of not having any flavour when cooked alone, so it's best to cook it with other things which do have flavour. I usually just chuck them in a fry pan. Of course, you can always google eggplant or look it up on Kian's DS Lite. :-) You cook Eggplant with something else.
