Old friend, Dinner and Girly Thing
My old friend Miza is back in Town last Friday due to work schedule. Hoooray!
I had a bad bad day at work on Friday and I am still trying to get over it. Anyhoo, nothing can stop me from seeing my friend, chilling out and relax.
*yeah, always think at the brightside*
It was Friday night. The City obviously was packed with people. Plus, with my very limited driving skill and luck, I wasn’t very positive that I would be able to get a parking lot in the City. So, I took Miza to (A)Lure at Burswood. The restaurant is called (A)Lure, funky huh? How you bloody pronounce this (A)Lure thing? a?A? or.. ??

We took some photos over the dinner.
Miza was modelling for abit when she was in KL. Naturally, she is very good at this ‘posing’ fink.
Me, on the other hand, thou I like my cameras and photos.. I still fink that I am a geek that can only stand or sit still, and smile to the lense. Pretty much like a ‘tourist’ or prisoner minus the sunshine smile.

The most ‘creative’ thing I can think off to make my photo interesting is.. wearing my scarf. Boring(!!)

The dinner was fabulous. The catch-up was good, as usual.
We thought we might be heading down to some local pub or so to grab a drink, turn out, we both cant be bothered. Miza invited me to go back to her place, so we can have a longer chat. Hehe…we girls can really talk, huh?

So yeah, I was talking about this cosmetic and make-up thing. Like, how ppl manage to do this colour, that colour. I get abit annoyed the fact that there was one time, my boss suggested to me that he can get the cosmetic artist to ‘do’ my face once a week. I was practically WT*. I wear sun cream before I go to work, does it count?

Miza decided to show me some simple tricks. There she went… she took all the bits and pieces she got with her… I nearly got blown away. I was ‘WOW’ here and there all the time. There were just so many things! Too overwhelming

She painted my left eye, and I did my right eye. Foundation. Eye brows. Lips. Hair. etc. etc.

TA DAH!!!! Did I just freak you out?
p/s: I freak myself out thou. Just a bit. Freaking unbelieveable. =.=”’

Hei… you look stunning after the make over. And… did you lose some weight? Too stress?
cantik, cantik not to say that you’re not cantik before lah, you look so different. I also dont know how to make up myself. Just slap here and there, and as along I didnt look like a Chinese opera, oklah.
you look good with some makeup! look very sweet!! u can use a tinted sunscreen so it looks like you have applied foundation (plus, it doesnt clog ur pores), put on some blush and a little mascara or eyeliner.
doing a little makeup makes you look amazingly fresher than the usual you w/o makeup!
Day-Dreamer: My boss sent me to several make-up class organised by Max Factor, Gardiner Fructis etc etc. But, I never really apply the skill.
Wuching: that is what girls do what, right? Er.. probably. Don’t happen much to me.
Choonie” I’ve lost approximately 10 kilos since last year or so. But I gain a few punds recently due to the cold weather. Nothing much really happening since Feb. Sad thing is, I still need to loss another 10 kilos! argh
kak flower: it is quite an arty thing to do. Lotsa effort for beginner like me.
furragamo: yeah, I am pretty motivated now.
Any particular brand for those tinted sunscreen? I am absolutely hopeless for shopping too, fyi. I got most of my cosmetic from work. Thanks in advance for the tips.
