Down South Trip with Family

Me and Kian were abit unfortunate this time. We both got stung by stingers!

I couldn’t tell where those stingers coming from. All I knew is, the moment, I had swollen
patches along my arm.
Several signs and symptoms: pain(!!!!), sharp pointing pain(!!!!!), itchy, burning sensation,
and still, very very pain!!!

These are the helpful tips:
1. get yourself a bottle of vinegar, and pour onto the sting. [quite a painful experience]
2. cold pack! any cold pack to reduce the swalleness, inflammation.
3. do NOT panic.
if you experience any other alarming symptoms such as shortness of breath, increasing
redness/swallonness, chronic pain… use your common sense, seek medical help ASAP lah!!
We both didn’t get into the severe stage. But, it was quite an experience, I must say.
See! Because I was ‘in pain’.. I had the priority to do eat everything, and do everything I
wanted to.I got to eat first, use the spa first, watch my favorite telly program first.. etc.
Oh well, thou I wasn’t in pain, I still get to do everything
I want, really. I am daddy’s little girl after all, remember?

My favorite places of Down South still go to Margaret River Nuts and Cereal. Uh!
The muesli biscuits are fabulous!

Cape Lavender Farm! The whole farm smells so beautiful.

Another ‘best’ of the best(est) during my parents stay in Town was… Nan’s cooking!!!!!
It was superb! We all just couldn’t get enough.

I, on the other hand, did some ang moh (western) cooking for my Nan and parents.
Nan likes my cooking!
Very impressive. Very proud.

Till then for my trip to Down South.
p/s:
I sent my parents and Nan to airport yesterday. It was depressing, I felt that I have to be by own, officially. This IS it. No more extra pocket money. So yeah, graduation is not fun at all. Another journey of my life just started… Reality has just slapped my face, really hard. I am so scared.
Kian told me he asked my dad some ‘questions’. I was very excited, yet very nervous. Does this mean that my dad is ready to let me go as well? Do I, really, have to be a grown-up? I wundah…

Here’s a *hug* for you.
Think I’ll be in your shoes in a few years’ time.
Happy Birthday Sunshine.
Yes, stingers are awful. Just reminds me why I don’t swim in the ocean if I can help it.
Kian asking your Dad Questions? w00t!
Is that Wedding bells I hear? [Or just my old age playing up … darn ringing in my ears!!!]
Happy Birthday Cynthia. So, you are a pisces too. I hope to hear good news soon.
[…] I’ve never been a fan of jellyfish, but ever since I got stung by stingers, I am very, very, very determined to eat jellyfish whenever I go for Japanese. Damn you, jellyfish! The rash flared up few days ago.. and they are still fairly reddish and itchy. […]
[…] My family left town few weeks ago. We went all over Perth, and visited Down South. Before that, Kian’s sister was in Town, we went to South (again). Back in few months ago, Miza, my old friend was in Town twice(!), we went up to King’s Park, we had loacl seafood. I’ve been visiting the same place, doing the same things all over and over again. And this is pretty scary. Don’t get me wrong, I love my friends and family. I mentioned before: you3 peng2 zhi4 yuan4 fang1 lai2, bu2 yi4 le hu1?It’s just that, Perth has THAT much to offer, I am kinda sick of it now. Playing tourguide is not that fun, after all. […]
[…] Remember when my parents were here in Town? Kian actually asked my dad if he could marry me. Yes larrr. That WAS the question. BUT, he has NOT pop the question to me yet. My brother called me right after my parents arrived, he said: eh! Your man got gut! He didn’t even ask mummy. He went straight off to my daddy. […]
