Fried Rice
Back to class for 2 weeks. I am so excited! But I start missing my friends already, knowing farewell is not far ahead. I am sure I will be fine. We swap addresses. I make sure I have all of them in my speacial note book. And I shall get some Christmas cards ready to go too! Ops! Did I mention Christmas?

Tonight special feature: Fried Rice — my all time favourite

Ingredient: white rice, mixed vegetable, bacon, chicken breat meat, fried shallot to sprinkle.

di: the idea of fried shallot is increase the taste or masking the foul smell, in case I screw up the cooking
LB: it is simple and easy. I usually make extra portion for our lunch boxes too.
Neo: it is VERY PALE
black/white is a very sensitive word *ngek* I admit it is pale because I have bacon which gives the salty taste, and I dont want to add extra salt in my cooking.
