Dinner

Combination of all the vit and min you need, almost. :)

1. Pan fry steak salmon with some fresh lemon juice, wrapped with sushi seaweed.Seaweed Sushi induces slightly aroma, and absorbs excessive fat.

2. Steam brocolli. My all time favorite. Yeah, maybe I just run out of idea what other vege dish  which is easy too prepare.

3. Mix veg fry rice with eggs. I can have any type of fry rice at anytime, any meal. ;)

 

 

Yay for the weekend. I really need more time for myself to do more serious brain-storming work.

    Ooi,looks great, but hoh, itu seaweed is called “Nori’, not “Sushi”. -5 point on your next cookengr’s culinary class. :)

    Must try your pan fried salmon. Didn’t know i can use seaweed on it.
