Kian’s Graduation Ceremony 2007

My Kian is done with uni. 365 days from today onward, it will be MY turn. ;)

The first time taking photos in regalia. In case you are wondering, what pink color stands for. Pink is for Pharmacy nerds. Like me, Kian, and other pharmers who are reading this :)

The whole lot cost a BOMB! from the hat, regalia, studio photos. Graduation ceremony is very commercialised, I must say. Or just my uni? Like a suckking blood vampire–suckking students money like they suckking pork blood!?

Kian’s mum and dad wanted him to take photos everywhere. I think this is sweet. This graduation thingy doesn’t happen every year, innit? I enjoy taking photos for him, and seeing Kian smiling, walking everywhere he went that day, I just simply couldn’t help not for my tears falling off.

You know..after all the tears, sweat, emotions a pharmer geek had been thru.

Honey! You deserve this!

Having daddy Lee tidying up his regalia before taking more photos.

AH! Now! That’s so much betta~!

bye bye Curtin!!

Meet mama and daddy Lee:

with mama lee

Kian inherits mama Lee long and straight eye lashes.

And daddy Lee’s coolie part. They both are sooooo sooooo quite. My aunty thinks if Kian opens mouth and talk, it is just like seeing gold falling off from his mouth. But, wait till you see daddy Lee..gosh!! all the diamond and platinum I tell you mannn! His dad has very very few words ;) Oh well, not too bad after all. At least me n mama Lee can do the talking all the time.  :)

We are _ _ _ _ _ _ !!! :)

Aunty Verna drove all the way from Joondalup, attending her big boy’s big day.

Kian and his uni friends..

The funny site of the freshly ex-nerds.

They were in the same group in their final year, now they work together. Erm..which is a good thing for me. Kian only tell me what happen at work superficially, I dug most of the gossip from M*. ;)

The victory.

After receiving that piece of paper that all the nerds have been wanting for.. (sadly, I am part of this common society)

With old friend..

The Graduation Ceremony food sucks. Thank Buddha, the memories were fantastic!

OK, I just can’t help but putting up photos with me and Kian. Note: I won’t show this type of photos until his parents say YES.  Ahhh…so we are officially adult now eh! Woohoo~!

Ta dah!

Ta dah!!

Ta dah!!!

and    TAAAAA DAHHHHHH!!!!!!

Congratulation Honey!!!!!!!!!!! I am so proud of you! You deserve it!!

“mwah*

p/s: Can I borrow your regalia for my graduation ceremony for next yr pls? :D

    Congratulations Kian!
[Good to see him embrace his femanine side and wear a black dress with hot pink! Just kidding … I have to do something similar in a few years … if I ever finish Uni!] lol

Anyway, completing University is a big achievement and I salute you Kian. [You’ll have to imagine me saluting. I’d look something like this, provided the less than sign shows up without being mistaken for HTML code].

Congratulations! Kian on your gradution and Cyn on your “first meeting” with your potential PIL.
Those photos reminded me of myself 7 yrs back. I always think graduation means the end part of our study life. At that point in time I was so eager to pursue my career and yet I want to continue my Phd study. Finally, I made up my mind to step into the working world. However, when I started working, I discovered that it is just the starting to face the real world.
So is Kian doing the 2000 hours in Aust? Stay in Aust after registration? What about yourself?
