Quick Meal

I’ve been busy. I’m finding the time to fit in my studies, swimming, tv programme *ahem*, cooking in one day. Mind you, I still have some housework to do.
Multi-task is not easy.

But then, I still enjoy cooking..looking up some new receipes. Cooking is enjoyable. It helps me to relax. Putting everything behind the mind; cutting vege, chopping garlic –the aroma of the kitchen is priceless.

Today, I’m gonna show you a simple dish–baked fish with vege and muchroom.
Preparation time: 5min. (no joke)

All you need is:
1. fish fillet
2. bean–u can use any green vegetable, but it will alter the cooking time.
3. chinese mushroom. I use the dark-umbrella mushroom ad it will give the intense aroma. =)

Broth:
Simply heat up half cup of chicken stock, 2 table spoon of oyster-souce, add abit of pepper, and some ginger. Oil is not required.
If you want to add extra aroma, use sesame oil. ;)

Pour to the dish. Cook it in the oven at 200 degree celcius for 20 min.
NB: cooking temperature and time may varies from different oven.

Ta dah~!

Kian loves this fish dish. It is simple and tasty. In fact, we are going to have it again this weekend.
