Summer is just around the corner.

The sun rise very very early in the morning. Maybe 4-5am.
The weather is warm and very lack of humidity, I shall say.

Pre-Post:
三毛 (san mao) was a Taiwanese writter who travelled alot when she was alive. She wrote plenty of books. I was once in love with her stories, her love toward everything she did in the past. Nah! It put up a full-stop real quick when I (personally) realised she was so depressed. Today, I still think that she was killed by depression–even she wrote beautiful stories, I had the vibe she intended to create a beautiful world, and she was happily lived in her own imagination after her husband past away.

三毛 reminded my friend, Yawei, or probably the other way around. Yawei is my hometown old friend whom I knew 13 years ago. I knew her when I was in local Buddhist Youth Society. She was and she is still inspiring. We haven’t spoken to each other till recently she get hold on me thru’ internet. OMGB (B=Buddha) I just can’t believe it.
She is working as a nurse in Saudi Arabia. This remind me of 三毛.. as in the travelling bits. And it does remind me of myself for haven’t been home for 10 years. Home, is like a temporary stopping point:–meeting family, unpacking and packing up then leave (again). Most of the time, I have no clue where I would ended to be the next day morning.
It has been awhile. It is a long journey, and this is how far we go and keep going. and keep going.
For my dear family back home, for Yawei, for三毛, for me….

I Love You.

I’ve been busy. I’m finding the time to fit in my studies, swimming, tv programme *ahem*, cooking in one day. Mind you, I still have some housework to do.
Multi-task is not easy.
But then, I still enjoy cooking..looking up some new receipes. Cooking is enjoyable. It helps me to relax. Putting everything behind the mind; cutting vege, chopping garlic –the aroma of the kitchen is priceless.
Today, I’m gonna show you a simple dish–baked fish with vege and muchroom.
Preparation time: 5min. (no joke)
All you need is:
1. fish fillet
2. bean–u can use any green vegetable, but it will alter the cooking time.
3. chinese mushroom. I use the dark-umbrella mushroom ad it will give the intense aroma. =)

Broth:
Simply heat up half cup of chicken stock, 2 table spoon of oyster-souce, add abit of pepper, and some ginger. Oil is not required.
If you want to add extra aroma, use sesame oil.
Pour to the dish. Cook it in the oven at 200 degree celcius for 20 min.
NB: cooking temperature and time may varies from different oven.

Kian loves this fish dish. It is simple and tasty. In fact, we are going to have it again this weekend.

Aw man! I realised in my hair has been discoloured abit lately. The end root of the hair has become brownish, and in texture wise, they are unusually rough. *sob sob* This is because I go swimming 2-3 times a week, and I swim an-hour for each session. Long term exposure my hair to chlorinated-pool ruinning my hair~! argh! Bloody chlorine! =(
I musta admit: I love my hair. ![]()
I can shamelessly show off my smooth and silky hair in the middle of nowhere. If I think you are kind enough and your hand is clean, I would generous enough to let you feel my hair. Yes, that’s how crazy I am when I talk about my hair. =)
I have a reason for it thou. *ahem* I didn’t get to keep long hair when I lived with my parents, or to be more specific, when I was in back home. My dad thinks short hair is better, and the weather back home is humid (and crazy). Long hair wasn’t appropriate for me because I was a girl scout, I was constantly involved in all sort of out-door, in-jungle and in-forest activities. So, obviously short hair was a better choice back then.
Looking at my discoloured hair…Not happy!
The simple solution is to chop the end bit off. But, there is always a method to resolve it before using cutting them off.
You need 2 tablets of dispersible or soluble aspirin.
And some tomatoes–approximately 2-3, depend the size. Blend them into juice.
Simply disperse the aspirin tablets in the freshly blended tomato juice.
Pre-shampoo hair then carefully wet the hair with tomato juice and aspirin mixture; leave it for 10-15 minutes.
Yeah lah! I know lah! My hair look like spaghetti bolognese. =)
Rinse off the tomato residues ;P, shampoo and conditioner hair as usual.
The result:
Erm, you probably can’t see it clearly here. But I tell you, 80% of the black colour has been restored. I am soooo happy!!! The root is not rough anymore. I am soooo soooo HAPPY!
I don’t know how to explain the mechanism of action of the tomato+aspirin; anyway, I was told by a hair-dresser, this is what she does. She uses this method to get rid of excessive chlorine (excessive bleaching) in the hair. It works fabulously! I highly recommend to everyone =)
Cheerio!
I’ve seen many many personalised motovehicle plates out there; they are funny, catchy, outstanding…
But, I never seen such a hardcore one before.
