Acah + Prawn Cracker
OK!!!This is a combination West Malaysian won’t really understand or get it in someway provided they know someone from there, they had that before, or they read blogs like Chen’s one. She posted this before. =) Oh! Another reason I know this because KIAN is a Sarawakian himself. He introduced me this delicacy.
So, for West Malaysian, just while you are still thinking they East M’sians live on top of the tree, mind you, they know quite abit of good food before you do. Sarawakians/Sabahans are everywhere around the world. Only stuck up, snobbish people from W. Msia big city think they live in cave or tree top. How lame, right? ^_*
(Sarawakians, u betta agree with me, otherwise I look so lame here, OK? Gimme face..10Q)
Ok. Back to food.
The acah we’ve got from oriental shop is s’porean style. This is sweeter type. It has lesser cucumer which annoyes Kian ’cause he likes cucumber.
I fried some prawn crackers to go with too.
See! Acah + Prawn Cracker = YUM YUM! =)
And a glass of midori+lemonande..
Summer has came abit early.
Cheers~!!
