It has been days I haven’t update my blog. I have soooo mnay things in my mind at the moment which I don’t even know what’s is exactly going on.
My GP rang up 2 in a week– None of the phone calls giave me a damn good news.
Anyway, I must admit in some situation I am one big-time drama queen. However, too many sh*t happen at this stage that I don’t even know how to cry anymore.
I have no time to whine, to complaint, and to look backward. All I can do is do whatever I can to make tomorrow better.
Smile, and smile and smile….
Oh yeah, thanks for those you that coming back. I appreciate it. I have some pictures to show you. I personally think they are superb cool, oh well, you know me, I love art! =P
This is a condom pack used back in many years ago in Australia. I saw this in WAAC exhibition.
This is good one. It is a poster used in Peer Education. Love this!!

How beautiful is that??? =)
This write-up is all about the art works sold in Swan Bells.
Those art works displayed caught my attention more than anything else. The art works mainly use flies.. yes! flies as 蒼蠅, “lalat” in malay language.
You probably need to double click in order to see the flies clearly.
This is Bob Samson’s Great Fly Safari of 95.
Ha! This is one piece of cool one.. Camouflage School Total Failure (touch wood).. I will never ever buy this to anyone. I am very “pantang” with those “f” word(s) one.. =)
Australia Party Flies.
Fly A: I feel sick.
Fly B: Spew on Guacamole. What’s that mean? =)
Anyhow, mat salleh seem to have more sense or humor compared to Chinese, I guess.
God Save The Queen… those notes remind me of my piona. Oh well, I stopped playing for long long time… I cant even tell what is what instantly like in the past. =) Mum said I dont have 音樂細胞 (musical talent), which is quite true, at least I was in choir. *wink wink*
Family Tree. I wonder who like to use flies to symbolise each person in their family. =)
Typical Flight Path. From my “flies chasing and killing” experience, I must say back home flies are way active than those in Ozzie ones. The ones in Oz is very easy to kill; I can simply use my palm, ‘SLAP’ ..and ‘BANG’.. they gone, just like that!! Shiok man!!! =P
Back home flies are trickier, even sometimes I had to use the electric ‘badminton racket’ also dont manage to kill a bloody single fly. How annoying is that. Argh.
Golf Fly. This is Kian favorite. I dont mind golf thou, I start playing a bit with Kian and our dear friend Faadzel. Of course I am not aiming to hit the ball and let the ball fly few miles away.. all I do at this stage is putting… =) wahahahahha
Ok, that’s all for today. I am off reading some news. Have a good day. *smile*
I visited Swan Bells yesterday, eventually! =) Phew Phew~~ Hello everybody, this is Swan Bells. Hello Swan Bells, this is everybody. =P
Swan Bells is located in Perth, probably 5 min walk from the heart of the town.
We walked up all the way to the tower. I am impressed myself as I thought I would probably “die” half way, but I survived!! How impressive is that. *cough cough* This is part of the city view. It was simply fascinating~!
This is another breathing view. You are currently looking at Swan River and South Perth. I was trying to make Kian to take pictures on the platform, scared his head out.. He scares of height. (Huh not?) Honestly, I was way chicken than that thou.. It was very windy and cold; standing on such a high place in an open area–I tell you: No jokes!
These are the bells. I supposed those bells hung like those in the temple.. actually, those in Swan Bells tower are hung upside down.
This is a closer look of the bells. There are 16 bells in the chamber. According to the Authority, this is one of the biggest musical instrument. Too bad ler, I didnt manage to see those people pulling the bells as we were running a bit late.
The cabine contains a number of histori bells. This is very “sejarah” (historic)..something that I don’t bothered much. =) There are more interesting stuffs in the tower which I am going to show you in next entry. check it out, will ya? *wink wink*
A-haaaa! This is big deal. I took this pictures when we reached the highest level. Yip Tip Hurray!!!!!
The whole trip took us about 45mins. It was all good because the entry cost of absolutely nothing!!
Each entry to the tower on first Tuesday of the month is FREE! Free stuffs always good stuffs =P
I went to Rottnest Island last week. This is my second visit to that Island. I clearly remember the first visit was exciting, energetic and the whole trip was fulled of adrenaline. This time, I was rather hypo, slow in movement and motion– maybe it was due to the tiredness accumulated from the visit to AQWA (the day before), or perhap I did not get enough sleep, maybe I wasnt ready for it, perhaps….. so many maybes and so many perhaps, but one thing for sure: I wanted to take a deep breath, sit back and relax.
Kian, myself, Rudy and Lena in ferry.
Let me introduce you– Rottnest Island. It is situated approximately 30min from Perth mainland. The island is surrounded by crystal clear water just like this: =)
In order to get around in the island and keep us entertained, we went on 2-hours tour. This is also my second times on tour, however, I still like it. I just like the feeling of being a bloody tourist. =)
The island was discovered by Dutch voyager many many years ago.
This is Wadjemub Lighthouse. It was built by Aboriginal prisoners long time ago. Apart from that, I am not quite sure what else is interesting. Most of the tourist will appreciate the history of making of the Lighhouse, for me, what is more interesting at that time was seeing a group of cute Japanese elderly female tourist reading displayed information word-by-word in English, and copied everything down in a note pad.. Now, that is interesting. =P
Wadjemub LighthouseAnother must-see in Rottnest island is Quakka. The only animal you can find in the world. Just like you can only find kangaroos in Australia.
Another must-see in Rottnest island is Quakka. The only animal you can find in the world. Just like you can only find kangaroos in Australia. There are 80-100 thousand numbers of quakka in this island itself compared to human population which is around 400 (in Summer).
When the Dutch voyagers arrived in this island, they first thought quakka was some sort of rat, therefore, they named the island Rottnest (rats nest).
The quakka and the bloody tourist.
Quakka resembles kangroo’s tail, rat-look, and wallabie body. What a weird combination. They are vegetarian.
This is closure look of quakka:
We went around the island and took quite a bit of pictures. Blue skiy, blue sea water, sunny, windy– very Mediterranean.
I wanted to do watercraft, but the day we were in island was actually the last day of Spring. Damn! we were one day ahead Summer, that’s why lotsa water activities were not started yet. How annoying is that.
Another traditional method to get around the island is on bike. Awwt, I was too tired for that. No way lah, I scared my arse cracked in the middle of no where.
The on-off stopping bus tour allowed us to take pictures, view scenaries…..
Guess what I am looking here…..
what a view~
This is another closure look of the purple flower. =)

To be honest, I never like Korean BBQ. I nearly call it off after several unpleasant dinning experince in Korean BBQ in town– The dinning always cost too much, yet the amount served was very little. The meat served was bad–tiny (peanut size), not fresh, over-marinated etc etc.
But…But… However.. However… Everything seem to be a significant change when I dinned at Hana.
Let me introduce.. *ta dah!!* — HANA bbq, Perth’s Premiere Korean Buffet Restaurant.
Hana is a nice place to go for dinner. The high-ceiling(ed) and spacious restaurant allow air circulation, so you won’t smell like a complete bbq pig after eating. The atmosphere was calm. Even there were several crowds in the restaurant, but I can assure you won’t get annoyed or disturbed. They provide excellent customer service– very polite Korean wait persons. Unlike those Hong Kong style restaurant, the pushy wait persons treat you like sh*t, they bloody yell at you plus give you a nasty look with a devil message ” hey you! hurry up, order! i am bloody busy..” even they are not.
We were running abit late for dinner. I called up the restaurant and asked ” is that too late??” however, the friendly manager replied ” NO! We will wait for the last customers, to make sure they are happy.” Great!! This is pretty impressive. I started liking the restaurant even before dinner.
This is the hot pot, pretty much the same concept as Chinese steamboat; this one uses “direct” fire =) I had plenty of prawn and octupus. They are superb! I love their meat~! They were absolutely faboulous! Sadly, I was too busy eating, I had totaly forgotten that I didn’t take a picture of the meat. The beef slices was beautiful– sufficiently marinated, soft and tender. I tell you, this is one true real meat. No dodgy hu-ha.
If I am not mistaken, there are approximately 10 varieties of marinated meat to choose from plus 3 other seafood such as prawn, octupus and mussels.
I was pretty amazed with the quality of food. You know me, I am hardcore fussy customer when come to my meat. Honestly, I never got impressed and amazed before as mush as I do this time.
They do serve soup as well. I like the Korean vege soup, not the sweet corn chicken soup. Oh well, this is just me. I dont drink sweet corn chicken soup when I go to Asian restaurant. =) I prefer everything as authentic as possible.
Desserts were included. They serve cheese cakes and carrot cake. Oh! The carrot cake was absolutely yummie! On top of that, they serve fruits and jelly as well.
Oh yeah, I nearly forgot to mention their side dishes. There were approximately 8 side dishes. Shamely, the restaurant owner does not put up with a name-tag to show the name of the dish. So, most of the time, I was just guessing my way thru’. I was told by the owner, there was this ginseng root imported from Korea, and it is most expensive dish amongst all. Hmm.. I cannot remember if I had it, damn!
As you can see here, there are lotus root, veges and cheery-tomatoes. The rest of the yummie Kim Chee and sesame oiled and seeded bean sprouts were happily stay in my stomach. =)
Strangely enough, I was not a big fan of Kim Chee, as they are pretty hot. But this time, I am so so hooked.

The dinner cost AUD31.50 per head. Eat all you can eat. No limit. =) Make sure you are starved enough. Kidding.
If you are looking for place to hang out, catch up with friends, function, or whatever, go to Hana. This is a place not only just for bbq, it is a place where you can exchange more than anything else for your money.

Hello everyone. Thanks for dropping by.
Today is World AIDS Day, if happend someone ask you to purchace a Red Ribbon or wrist band (in Perth), *cough cough*, please dont reject them; those people who living with HIV appreciate your generousity. (Big Note: IF no one approach you with Red Ribbons, can you find one when you are walking around town, cause I am of the volunters who is going to sell Red Ribbon in Perth tomorrow =p )
I like to tell you something I know about Red Ribbon which represent support for those people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS
Red Ribbon started 15 years ago, and it was created by a group of artist from New York, “Visual AIDS” . They used simple and bald design, hopefully it gives the public a great impact.
Red symbolises blood and danger; the tails of the ribbon pointing down was chosen to symbolise life flowing away.
I am hoping by telling you what I know about Red Ribbon will add several extra points for you when you going to buy one– buying aint just buying, beside helping others, but you know “what” you are buying–knowledge and wisdom. =)
This is another imformal wrist band.. “Until there’s a cure…”
By the way, there are few links related to HIV/AIDS that I love to share with you..

Huai Pin (sixthseal.com) and me both are doing drugs, differently. However, I NEVER influenced by any drugs/pharmaceutical elements blogged by him. In fact, I think his blog is great when he blogs about travelling experience, drink, events, people and most significantly (for me) FOOD!! =P
